About Harborlight
Coastal living,
thoughtfully built assa
Weems Creek, Annapolis — 1998Our Story
Eleven hundred homes, one shoreline
Harborlight began in 1998 with a single house on Weems Creek and a family conviction: build the way the Bay's watermen build boats — for weather, for decades, for the people aboard.
We're still family-owned, still Annapolis-based, and still deliberately small — about forty semi-custom homes a year across the Chesapeake, each one sited to its water, its light, and its trees.

What we hold to
Three commitments, every home
01
Built for weather
Coastal framing standards, elevated mechanicals, and materials chosen for salt air — whether or not your lot touches water. aj
02
Small on purpose
Forty homes a year means the owner walks your framing, and your superintendent carries four homes — not forty.
03
Neighbors after closing
A 10-year structural warranty, honored from an office twenty minutes away — usually by someone whose name you know.
