Walk the models, walk the shoreline, and talk numbers with one of our preferred Chesapeake lenders. Pre-qualification takes an evening and costs nothing.

Reserve — $2,500 holds your homesite
A fully-refundable reservation locks your lot and base price for 14 days while you settle on plan, elevation, and structural options.

Contract — sign & secure financing
Purchase agreement, earnest deposit, loan application. Your sales counselor tracks every document so nothing stalls the start date.

Design — two boathouse appointments
Structure day and detail day at the Eastport studio. Your signed selection sheet joins the contract — final pricing, no allowances.

Build — eight to ten months, in the open
Three walkthroughs with your superintendent, Friday photos in the build portal, third-party inspections at every phase. See the full process

Close & move in — keys, album, warranty
Closing walkthrough, settlement, keys. Your 30-day and 11-month warranty visits are on the calendar before you unpack.
